Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fotos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Fotos for your personal or commercial photography workflow.

This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the software.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fotos only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• Use the software to transmit malware or other harmful code
• Redistribute or resell the software without authorization

Beta Software

Fotos is currently in beta. Beta software may contain bugs, errors, and other issues. We provide the software "as is" during the beta period and make no guarantees about its reliability or availability.

Intellectual Property

Fotos and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fotos and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FOTOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Fotos after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Fotos immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software will cease immediately.
